Private Birthday Parties!

Our approach is different. Here’s how….

  • Parties are private. That means that your group is the only group allowed in both the jump room & cake room.
  • Parties are Full Service. You have trained attendants that supervise the kids in the jump room & serve all food products in the cake room.
  • All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each party! Kids are directed to wash/sanitize their hands before entering the cake room.
  • Choice of food products. Let us provide everything for you, just choose the food products. No outside food allowed except for cake and ice cream.
  • Party Packages. Above are the different party packages offered. To the right you will find a list of things to consider when making a selection on which party package is best for you.
  • Schedule your party! Just call us and one of our friendly receptionists will be glad to book your party and answer any other questions you might have!

Understanding the choices...
  • Jump room. This is the first half of the event, where the kids go and jump in one of the jump rooms.
  • Cake room. Time for food and cake! If you choose to, the attendant can also open presents with the child.
  • Guest count. The guest count is based on the number of kids only, and does not include the birthday child or the adults.
  • Food. We can provide all the food for your party. You can bring your own cake and/or icecream. We do not allow any other outside food.
  • Paper products. We provide all paper products (plain white) and plastic utensils at no additional charge. We also have ice in the building.
  • Socks are required for all. It's a good idea to bring a spare pair or two just in case one of your guests forgets them. We also sell socks.
  • Invitations. You can come in and pick those up at no charge or we can mail them out to you.
  • Book your event! Once your event is scheduled, mail out the invitations and your part is done!
 
Few other notes
  • Party time.
    Our parties start promptly. If you are late, that time is lost.
    Please arrive on time for your event.
  • Party Flow.
    Party starts in the jump room and concludes in the cake room.
    No jumping allowed after the cake room.
  • Socks.
    Everyone is required to wear socks in the jump rooms! This is a health code requirement. We only make exceptions for medical reasons. Please bring an extra pair of socks or purchase one of ours.
  • Rules.
    Jump rules are set to keep you safe. Breaking the rules can result in injury. Attendants are there to keep watch on everyone, but it is your responsibility to help. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave.
  • Waivers.
    We require a waiver for adults and children to be on file. Waivers do not expire. By signing our 'sign in' sheet you/your family acknowledges that there is a risk of injury and you are accepting responsibility.
  • Food Orders.
    Please place all your food orders for Cake, Fruit/Veggie Trays at least 3 days prior to your party. You can let us know about the number of pizzas at the party start time. No outside pizza allowed! Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed for children's events!
  • $50 deposit
    We require a deposit to reserve the time and date you pick.
    We accept cash and all major credit cards. No personal checks.
  • Extra birthday child charge.
    In case of two children that are not siblings/twins there is a $25 additional charge.
  • Extra Kids.
    A $10 per child charge will be added if you exceed the allowed guest count for your party package.
  • Drop off.
    Some parents may want to drop off their children. This is allowed only if you are comfortable with this choice.
  • 20 day cancellation policy
    We require a 20 day notice for party cancellations to avoid losing your $50 deposit. We allow you need to move your party's date and time once, with prior notice, to a new slot if it's available.Next time you move your party you will be charged the full base party cost. If you are a no-show you will be charged the Full base party cost. We will work with you if an unforeseeable event or illness occurs, just call us!
  • About our Staff.
    Most of our staff and all party attendants are students (high school and college). We train them to provide you with great customer service. They learn life skills about communication, teamwork and responsibility. Tipping the staff that does a great job helps reinforce those skills. They are our future. You are welcome to make staff requests for your event.
